Bank of America is getting obscenely non-chalant. They've kept their customer call center only up to 11pm these days - that too just 5 days - so it ain't even 24 by 5 - it is 16 by 5.
Earlier, I could call them 24 by 7 and then 24 by 5 and now just 16 by 5.
This service level is mostly unacceptable.
There is no way to get to them - I tried finding an email on their webpage and it was so difficult to traverse the website that it was almost impossible to find - hence, I had to rely on Google for the same.
I suspect where BoFA stands in the ACSI ratings. Definitely, not in the top league - for sure.
A bank which is trying to compete with Citibank - if they keep on providing this level of service - I think customers may migrate. It seems that they are heavily inclined towards cost-cutting. I have nothing against them undertaking cost-cutting - but at the expense of a customer? As soon as my tax money comes back, I am paying back their cards and getting rid of the accounts !

spring is in the air...
Check it out - the weather is absolutely fantastic.
I see myself a bit pepped up....I feel like jogging again....!
My car got hit while someone was backing up - but that's an accident. I got interviewed by a planet headed sadistic person - but that was an accident. Some things are out of my control - but I still feel pepped up - it's spring in the air.
I started my spring break with night outs to Shadygrove, Tequilla Willies, etc.
Later, I spent my time with Bhaiya and Bhabhiji over the weekend. We went to Jim's place to watch Babel and boy, does he have a state-of-the-art home theatre or what ? 92-inch screen with special home theatre speakers n stuff - wow ! Watching a movie will never be the same again! Besides, we checked out his light sabers (Star wars fame). I will be missing them once I move from Pittsburgh - infact, I dont feel like moving from Pittsburgh !
Saw 2 movies last night - Austin Powers 3 and Snatch!
Spring break work on some side-projects starts today: ITIL test date draws closer - Thursday ! Have to finish CAPM - meanwhile, my brain runs speedily towards some academic projects as well. Letsee - will have to manage my time well in this mini - last one - gotta get the most out of CMU campus :)
