Well, while at Barnes and Noble doing my reading assignment for the Conflict Resolution class, I wanted a change in the reading material.

Awesome book !
Structure, presentation, illustrations, etc everything was well in place.
Deborah Ford has done a good job with the pen.
I read it in 85 minutes flat :)
